Job Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-oriented Sales Representative fluent in English, Hindi, and Telugu to support our growing customer base. This role involves engaging with clients across diverse regions, understanding their needs, and driving sales through effective communication and relationship-building.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through inbound and outbound channels
- Communicate professionally with customers in English, Hindi, and Telugu
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable products or services
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with prospective and existing customers
- Present products, prepare proposals, and negotiate pricing and terms
- Track leads, opportunities, and sales activities using CRM tools
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and service delivery
- Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and performance objectives
Required Qualifications
- Fluency in English, Hindi, and Telugu (spoken and written)
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or customer interaction roles
- Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple prospects and follow up effectively
- Proficiency with CRM systems, email, and productivity tools
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in B2B or B2C sales environments
- Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar tools
